Terms of Use

Last updated: January 1, 2025

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Fuji Skyline website (fujiskyline.com) and the information, services, and content provided through it. By accessing or using the website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. We've written these terms as clearly as we can. If something doesn't make sense, email us before proceeding.

About Our Service

Fuji Skyline provides neighborhood-level weather information and analysis for Tokyo's 23 special wards. Our data comes from the Open-Meteo API, which sources forecasts from the Japan Meteorological Agency and other meteorological organizations. Our essays provide local context and geographical analysis based on published research and observational experience.

We are not a meteorological agency. We do not operate our own weather stations (except for a limited network of IoT sensors used for validation). We do not issue weather warnings. Our service is informational and educational, not a replacement for official weather services.

Weather Data Disclaimer

The weather data displayed on this website is provided by third-party APIs and is subject to their accuracy and availability. We do not guarantee that the data is current, accurate, or complete. Weather conditions can change rapidly, and the data shown may not reflect actual conditions at your specific location.

Do not use Fuji Skyline data for decisions involving safety, health, or property protection. For severe weather warnings and official forecasts, consult the Japan Meteorological Agency (jma.go.jp) or your local meteorological service. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on the weather information presented on this site.
